01 · Scope
Acceptance and scope
These terms apply to the SKREP website, account dashboard, API, extensions, marketplace modules, and other SKREP features. If you use SKREP for an organization, you must have the appropriate authority.
02 · Accounts
Eligibility and accounts
Your account information must be accurate. You are responsible for securing your device, sessions, and connected accounts. Revoke any unrecognized session immediately if you suspect misuse.
03 · License and plans
License, plans, and modules
SKREP grants a limited right of use based on your active plan. Features, device limits, export formats, backups, and available modules may differ by plan and extension capability.
04 · Use
Use SKREP only for sources you are authorized to access
✓ Permitted
Lawful research, catalog management, analysis, migration, and operational work involving data you are authorized to access.
× Prohibited
Bypassing authentication, CAPTCHA, or access controls, or using SKREP to obtain data without lawful authorization.
You must also not use SKREP for fraud, spam, privacy violations, malicious-code injection, unauthorized vulnerability testing, or service abuse.
05 · Data
Responsibility for data and outputs
You are responsible for the source, lawful basis, storage, sharing, and deletion of data you process. Marketplace structures can change, so important results such as prices, stock, variations, media, and audit warnings should still be reviewed before they support a business decision.
06 · Payments
Pricing, payments, and access
Prices and plan details are shown before payment. Paid access becomes active only after the transaction status has been verified by SKREP and the relevant payment provider.
07 · Availability
Service availability and changes
Changes to marketplaces, browsers, APIs, maintenance, or third-party outages may affect functionality. SKREP may add, fix, suspend, or discontinue features for security, compliance, or product-development reasons.
08 · Law
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, SKREP does not guarantee that all source data can always be captured or that every output will always be complete. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
